Skin type: Combination Oily, Dry Combination, Oily, Very Dry to Dry.  This is an oil-free product.  Do not put product in the eyes.  Free of fragrance, parabens, phthalates, gluten, synthetic colors, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate.
 

HOW TO USE:

1. Moisten a cotton ball or use a cotton swab for spot work

2. Sweep the solvent over your eye makeup

3. Tissue off or rinse with water
